I have a kidney that gives me grief all the time. It's either a kidney infection or a stone, to often to be good. So the last two times that I have felt my kidney aching, I have put a few drops of Melaleuca oil, and a drop of lemon oil into a carrier oil (coconut lately) and then onto a very large bandaid and stuck right over my kidney. I left the last one on all night and by morning no aching kidney. Wonderful!

Lemon

I have always loved lemon in my water as a great detoxifier, but now have found another great use for it. My 14 yr old son gets cold sores and has used lavender with good results. Listening to a training meeting with doTerra, it was suggested that lemon would work for cold sores and my son just happen to have one so we tried it. The lemon worked great and even a little quicker than the lavender usually does. So GREAT we have another line of defense against cold sores.

Not a gimick they really work!
